Update of building project. We have just gotten back our traffic study from the state. Things looked good there. According to the report we can put our drives along both sides of the property without worry of interfering with the development going on around us. We have submitted the report to the city for a final review. Once that is finished we will then give report to our engineer to finish up the engineering on our building. Then we will be able to cut in roads on the property and grade for the pad. FULL STEAM AHEAD!
